We’re delighted to now be offering Small Group Personal Training at our OP3 Hove studio.

What is Small Group Personal Training?

Small group personal training gives our members the opportunity to be coached alongside others in a group environment.

Here at OP3 we limit the attendees to 4 members per session. Meaning that we still get the advantage of the group atmosphere whilst achieving the standard of coaching we strive to deliver.

What are the benefits of Small Group Personal Training?

Fun & Sociable - Being in groups allows you to meet other like-minded people who are not only going to encourage you but provide a little bit of healthy competition.

Cost Effective - We appreciate that 1-1 Personal Training is not achievable for everyone. So by offering this service it allows us to provide a cheaper alternative.

Due to more members partaking in the session it allows us to drop the hourly rate, meaning that more people are then able to get involved.

Flexibility & Booking control - We understand schedules change and this is why this option allows you to manage and book onto the sessions that suit your requirements.

Accountability & Motivation - In our Small group Personal Training sessions we can guarantee that the atmosphere is more than enough to get you motivated.

Training alongside other OP3 members will be the catalyst for pushing out that extra rep or working that little bit harder as you train together.
